We make food. What kind of food?  A food that is a treat. What kind of a treat?  A donut.  What kind of donut?  Brioche. What kind of brioche?  Slow-fermented and often with several variations. The toppings are pretty special, too. We love to celebrate what’s local and fresh. We use whole ingredients and make everything from scratch down to the sprinkles!

Donut Dynamite! first opened in Maui, Hawaii in a little town called Wailuku. Madame Donut (pictured wearing a delicious donut crown made with her own donuts and dressed in lilikoi vines and hibiscus flowers) painstakingly handcrafted each delicious donut from scratch infused with lots of Aloha and hard work and pizzazz.
